BUSINESS SUPPORT TO SMALL BUSINESSES
Essency Consulting provides support and advice to Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), focusing on establishing and maintaining sound business practices.
Although this support and advice takes various forms, depending on the specific company requirements, Essency generally undertakes an initial business analysis or 'health check' on the business and discusses further options with the business owners.
GENERAL BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Predominantly focused on the SME market, Essency uses a proven methodology, an extensive network of business analysis and management consultants, and over 20 years of commercial and business management experience to provide thorough and appropriate analysis of business operations. Based on an initial free consultation of 1-2 hours, Essency consultants are able to develop a shared understanding of some of the issues facing the business, and, depending on the nature of these issues or problems, can provide further consultancy assistance and advice. If mutual agreement is reached at the completion of the initial interview, a more detailed 2-day business analysis (BA) is undertaken and feedback provided to the contracting party. Further consultancy services are available should the situation warrant, and if so, Essency can access a UK-wide network of Business Consultants to provide either generalist, or specialist consultancy services.
