Essency Consulting has been working closely with several local authority clients over the last year to assist their asset management capability and systems so that they can maximise their future funding from the Department for Transport. Assessment of Asset Management maturity and targeted Gap Analyses by Essency Consulting have already contributed significant improvements in how local council and their supply chain partners manage their infrastructure, from developing asset management frameworks, completing asset management strategies, communication processes, lifecycle planning and works programming, and performance management, as well as training and delivery. We are continuing to work with major international consultant partners Capita, Kier and Jacobs to support their clients’ asset management needs.
Essency successful with Asian Development Bank bid
Essency Consulting have recently secured a contract with the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (funded through Asian Development Bank) to lead the development and implementation of an Infrastructure Asset Management Framework for the national government. Working on site with partners from early February through until late May, this project will see Essency working closely with Fiji’s ministries to develop and implement a new asset management approach to their national infrastructure. ‘This is such an exciting opportunity for us, to be able to influence and help build a stronger and more sustainable future for Fiji’s roads, buildings, ports and other infrastructure is exactly why we’re in this business’
Essency Consulting open for business in Abu Dhabi
Essency Consulting are delighted to announce the opening of our new office premises in Abu Dhabi, located right next to Abu Dhabi International Airport in Masdar City. Graeme Jones has joined the Essency Group as our Director for Middle East & North Africa and expects that Essency will soon be providing specialist asset management and procurement advice to clients throughout that region. Graeme has over 30 years of experience in the highways industry and his asset management and international experience will significantly enhance Essency’s capabilities: “I am delighted to join Essency and excited by the prospect of expanding Essency’s work in the MENA region.
