Our service areas can be broadly categorised into the following areas:
- Infrastructure Asset Management,
- Collaborative Working,
- Programme and Project Management.
Additionally, our service profile supports clients across many different infrastructure sectors including: Highways & Transportation, Rail Infrastructure, Resources and Mining, and Local Government.
Infrastructure Asset Management
We understand that managing complex infrastructure presents significant challenges in order to optimise asset performance. We recognise the massive benefits to be gained by early definition of asset management policy and strategy that sets the tone and direction for the organisation. Our experience, knowledge and skills gained through extensive working with infrastructure owners allows us to work alongside our clients to create, develop and implement Asset Management Frameworks and Plans to ensure that operational outcomes actually deliver organisational objectives.
Our ethos established through practical experience, has always been directed at optimising outcomes through effective Collaborative working arrangements. Whether this be through creating and leading formal contractual partnership arrangements or facilitating project specific Client – Supplier agreements, our consultants always seek to maximise the effectiveness of the Integrated Team. Given our extensive experience working with infrastructure clients for over 30 years, we have seen the benefits of working collaboratively and recognise the pitfalls of creating organisational barriers (external and internal), adversarial contract arrangements, competing priorities and goals and self-interested objectives.
Programme and Project Management
We operate at three levels, depending on your requirements. Firstly, project management – helping you deliver a single scheme. Depending on its size and complexity, this may require just one consultant or a bespoke team. Secondly, programme management – supporting a set of interlinked projects, typically with a team of consultants. Thirdly, portfolio management – helping you deliver a portfolio of programmes and projects, typically deploying a team that will deliver economies of scale to your capital investments.
